• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and name.
• Financial Data: Any employment history, shifts, expenses, and financial data you input or connect via secure third-party integrations (like Stripe) is securely stored to render your dashboard and calculations.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used strictly to power the features of the stacks application:

• To calculate your estimated taxes, gross/net income, and operating costs.
• To securely authenticate your account and persist your data across devices.
• To process subscription payments via our secure payment partner, Stripe.

3. Zero Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or financial information with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your data belongs to you.

The only exception to this is when data must be securely transmitted to essential service providers (such as Firebase for secure database hosting, and Stripe for secure payment processing and bank connections) solely to operate the core functionality of the app.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security measures via Google Firebase and Stripe to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. We do not store raw bank passwords on our servers.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or entirely delete your data at any time. If you choose to delete your account, all associated data will be permanently wiped from our active databases.
